LineSlip Expands Team with Ming Zhang, Vice President of Customer Success
LineSlip, an award-winning SaaS provider that automatically converts commercial insurance documents into insurance intelligence, announced that Ming Zhang has joined the team as vice president of customer success. Zhang will supervise overall customer success management from the onboarding process through renewal stages by driving strategic alignment with sales.

Zhang brings to LineSlip over twenty years of client-facing leadership experience and, prior to joining LineSlip, Zhang assumed leadership roles in customer success and engagement for business consulting firms and SaaS software companies including ai4process, WhiteSource (now Mend), Amazon Web Services, and Virtusa.

Zhang holds a master’s degree in Library & Information Studies and American Studies from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He is an AWS-certified Solutions Architect and DevOps Engineer, as well as a PEGA-certified Business Architect, Data Scientist, Decisioning Consultant, and Lead System Architect.
