Metadata asset selection allows users to select any metadata asset. For example, if a user were conducting impact analysis, they would select the asset that they want to change. The report then shows the different asset types and the individual assets of that type.

Users can filter metadata types that are included in the report. The list shows all available types and highlights those selected by the user. There is also built-in automation that will reset the selection to some common metadata types that are often connected.
