Rocket Software Names Darlene Williams Chief Information Officer, Phil Buckellew President of Infrastructure Modernization

Rocket Software, a global technology leader that develops enterprise software for some of the world’s largest companies, announced Phil Buckellew will serve as President of Infrastructure Modernization and Darlene Williams will serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Buckellew and Williams step into their roles as Rocket Software continues to innovate at scale and solve today’s most complex infrastructure problems.

Buckellew will be responsible for all aspects of Rocket Software’s Infrastructure Modernization Business Unit, which helps enterprises future-proof their technology. His responsibilities include overseeing worldwide development, product management and solutions development. Buckellew will also help further deepen and expand Rocket Software’s successful long-standing partnership with IBM. Buckellew joins Rocket Software from IBM, where he most recently served as general manager for IBM Cloud Platform-as-a-Service and was responsible for driving overall product strategy, offerings, development, and operations across the IBM public cloud.
