Tangoe Appoints James Parker as Chief Executive Officer
Parker Brings Two Decades of Enterprise Software, Cloud and Telecom Go-to-Market Experience
Tangoe, the global market leader in enterprise technology expense management and managed mobility services, announced the appointment of James Parker as its CEO, effective immediately. Parker will also join Tangoe’s board of directors and Interim CEO Dave Hansen will continue his role as chairman of the board.

With over two decades of leadership experience in enterprise software, cloud and telecom, Parker will work closely with Tangoe’s executive team and board to accelerate growth and maintain the company’s Technology Expense Management (TEM) leadership.

Prior to joining Tangoe’s leadership team, Parker was the CEO and executive director for Masergy, a leading software-defined global network company. At Masergy, he led the deeply customer-centric company through a product, go-to-market and operations transformation. Before joining Masergy, Parker served as chief customer officer for Tata Communications, a leading global digital infrastructure provider, where he was accountable for $2 billion+ in global revenue across 7,000 customers served by 2,000 employees. Prior to that, Parker held senior leadership roles with CenturyLink and Microsoft.
