Data and Analytics Leaders Share Innovations in Digital Business at Interactive Virtual Event

Today, TIBCO announced a packed agenda for TIBCO Analytics Forum (TAF) 2021, a two-day interactive and fully digital experience. The event takes place May 25-26, and will focus on the latest innovations in data management, visual analytics, data science, and streaming analytics in industries such as energy, healthcare, manufacturing, consumer goods, and transportation.

- Ben Shneiderman, six-time honorary doctorate and emeritus-distinguished university professor, Department of Computer Science, and founding director of the Human-Computer Interaction Laboratory at the University of Maryland: Ben is a leader in information visualization and has made groundbreaking contributions in human-computer interaction and human-centered AI. The progenitor of TIBCO Spotfire® was developed based on information visualization research by Spotfire founder, Christopher Ahlberg, at the Human-Computer Interaction lab, under Ben’s guidance.
- Ahmer Srivastava, director, memory product solutions for analytics and software applications, Western Digital: Ahmer spearheads strategic initiatives for big data analytics, visual analytics, and predictive analytics solutions for Western Digital’s NAND flash product engineering and manufacturing teams.
Attendees will also hear from customers such as Birchcliff Energy and Biota Technology.
