Volaris Group Inc. announced that it has acquired Crosscap Media Services Inc. and its subsidiaries. Headquartered in San Francisco, California, CrossCap is a leading provider of SaaS enterprise marketing workflow management software used by many major brands. This acquisition provides Volaris with a foothold in the marketing management vertical.
