RSNA 2020 – Lunit Is Partnering with Global Giants to Showcase Its AI Solution on Virtual Booths from GE Healthcare, Fujifilm and Sectra
– The company presented 11 abstracts at RSNA 2020 consisting of studies showcasing its AI solution for chest x-ray and mammography analysis
– Lunit CEO will address a panel discussion hosted by GE Healthcare on December 2-4
Lunit, a leader in medical AI software, will join the 106th Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) this year and share its AI solutions for chest x-ray and mammography at partner booths present. The exhibition will take place virtually from November 29th to December 5th. Since its first participation in 2016, Lunit has presented its cutting-edge technologies and products for radiology at RSNA every year.
For the fifth year in a row, Lunit is working with its global partners – GE Healthcare, Fujifilm and Sectra – to showcase its AI solution for chest x-rays, Lunit INSIGHT CXR, and for mammography, Lunit INSIGHT MMG. It will be presented on the respective virtual booth of each partner, embedded in the “Thoracic Care Suite” from GE Healthcare, Fujifilm ReiLi and Nano as well as Sectra PACS, to highlight the actual application and demonstration of the AI solution from Lunit.

This year, Lunit will present 11 abstracts that have been accepted for RSNA 2020. One of these summaries contains the latest study by the Karolinska Institute with the performance results of Lunit INSIGHT MMG. The study evaluates three commercialized AI algorithms and concludes that Lunit is the best performing algorithm. She is also investigating the possibility of AI as a single reader who can successfully triage and exclude normal cases in mammography screenings. The results were recently published in JAMA Oncology and The Lancet Digital Health.
Lunit INSIGHT CXR and Lunit INSIGHT MMG are both CE marked, commercially available throughout Europe and parts of the world, and are used clinically in over 150 healthcare facilities in more than 10 countries. FDA approval is expected in early 2021.
