Connsci, LLC, an 8(a) Professional Services organization that focuses on Management Consulting, IT Solutions, Learning & Development, and Cybersecurity, and Directus Consulting, a leader in business intelligence and data science that delivers technology development and contract management solutions, announced the completion of their merger today. Connsci has a deep IT Training and Cybersecurity Consulting track record in the Health, Defense, and Civilian sectors, while Directus has developed expertise in Full Cycle Software Development, Business Intelligence and Data Science, Acquisition Management, Program Management, and Workflow Process Development. Together the new organization will operate as Connsci, LLC to deliver leading edge cybersecurity and systems and cybersecurity engineering, training, and professional services solutions for federal, state, and local government agencies and civilian organizations.

Upon completion of the transaction Faizan Zia will continue to serve as President and CEO of Connsci. Andrew Rakiscany, the President and CEO of Directus Consulting will become the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Connsci. The headquarters for the combined company will be in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
