K2 Cyber Security Appoints Timothy Chiu as Vice President of Marketing
Industry Veteran brings 30 years of experience to Accelerate Application Workload Security Vendor K2’s Marketing Efforts
Timothy Chiu, former product marketing executive at Symantec, joins K2 Cyber Security as the Vice President of Marketing. K2 Cyber Security which provides the next generation in application workload protection platforms is gaining recognition by being named one of the hot newcomers to the RSA Conference in 2020 by Help Net Security.
Chiu brings to K2 Cyber Security experience in product marketing, enterprise sales, B2B marketing, technical marketing, sales enablement, and IT, having started his career as a systems and network administrator – and previously serving as Senior Director of Product Marketing at Symantec, a division of Broadcom, where he was based for thirteen years.

Chiu is now responsible for the overall marketing strategy for K2 Cyber Security, including driving brand and market awareness.

Prior to Symantec, Chiu was a technical marketing and sales enablement leader for Mirapoint, where he developed the Systems Engineering team over a nine-year period.
