What differentiates ScienceLogic is our ability to bring context, automation, and AI together in a single operational framework
As organizations look to scale AI-driven IT operations, Skylar AI helps teams reduce operational noise, accelerate issue resolution, and improve visibility across complex IT environments. New updates to Skylar™ Analytics and the recently launched Skylar™ Advisor solution enhance the agent’s ability to reason over operational knowledge while increasing transparency and usability across AI-driven workflows—significantly expanding Skylar Advisor’s functionality.
These updates enable:
- Integration with ServiceNow Knowledge Bases: A new Skylar Advisor SyncPack enables ingestion of ServiceNow Knowledge Base articles, allowing Skylar AI to reason over existing operational knowledge and accelerate resolution.
- Enhanced usability: Platform updates facilitate conversation sharing, improve Help Center visibility, support default-enabled heatmaps on key dashboards, and simplified navigation that routes users directly to Advisor dashboards.
- Expanded analytics datasets: Skylar Analytics now brings together a broader range of data sources to provide more complete visibility into performance, availability, and cost across IT environments.
- Improved scalability and data visualization: Enhanced corpus management introduces clearer document status tracking, hierarchical organization, and improved navigation for large-scale data, supported by centralized AI inference services and improved scaling to maintain consistent performance.
“ScienceLogic is committed to continuously evolving its agentic AI roadmap to better support customers as they advance toward fully autonomous IT,” said Michael Nappi, chief product officer at ScienceLogic. “With the latest updates to Skylar AI, we’re rapidly advancing our AI capabilities, bringing greater transparency, deeper operational context, and more intelligent automation to help teams move from reactive to proactive, autonomous operations.”
In addition to the latest Skylar AI updates, ScienceLogic was named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide AIOps 2026 Vendor Assessment (Doc #US54116226, March 2026) and included in the IDC ProductScape: Worldwide Observability and AIOps Platforms 2026 (Doc #US53004425, May 2026).
Highlights from the IDC MarketScape report include:
- Service-centric visibility with governed execution: “ScienceLogic emphasizes service-centric, governed operations by binding MELT telemetry, CMDB enrichment, and change data into a unified service model and impact view.”
- Explainable AI that moves teams from detection to guided action: “Skylar AI provides explainable advisories and anomaly detection that move users from detection to guided action inside Skylar One, with service health scores and business-aligned impact visualization guiding which issues and runbooks to prioritize.”
- A unified path from insight to verified action: “Consider ScienceLogic when the priority is to consolidate heterogeneous monitoring into a unified, service-centric AIOps platform that combines explainable AI, governed orchestration, and strong OpenTelemetry-aligned ingestion, and when teams are ready to adopt standardized health checks, CX automation packs, and pre/post-change validation workflows that tie automation to verifiable reliability and customer experience outcomes.”
Additional recognition from IDC ProductScape notes ScienceLogic’s intelligent service automation with built in governance: “Agentic AI capabilities delivered through Skylar AI and Skylar Automation that drive explainable RCA, guided remediation, and governed, bi-directional workflows with RBAC and approval policies.”
“IT operations are at an inflection point. Organizations can’t deliver operational efficiency with fragmented tools and reactive workflows,” said Dave Link, CEO and co-founder of ScienceLogic. “What differentiates ScienceLogic is our ability to bring context, automation, and AI together in a single operational framework, enabling organizations to move from siloed monitoring to coordinated, intelligent operations that deliver measurable business outcomes. We believe the recognition as a Leader in the IDC MarketScape reflects this broader shift and reinforces ScienceLogic’s leadership in delivering a more unified, trusted AI-driven model for IT operations.”
On the heels of the Skylar Advisor launch and significant enhancements to its Skylar™ One platform, analyst recognition further cements the company’s standing at the forefront of enterprise AI innovation. It also continues a streak of top-tier analyst validation, spanning the GigaOm Radar for Network Validation, the Forrester Wave™ for AIOps Platforms (Q2 2025), and the 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Observability Platforms.
