Securing Cloud: SIEM Leader Rapid7 to Acquire DivvyCloud for $145 Million

The global leader in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) technology, Rapid7 has declared its intent to acquire DivvyCloud Corporation for $145 Million. The deal will strengthen Rapid7’s current capacity to deliver Cloud Security Posture Management in sync with SIEM applications.

DivvyCloud Corporation is a Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) company. Under the terms of the agreement, the acquisition is expected to close during the second quarter of 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
