Accenture to Acquire Einr AS, Expanding SAP Supply Chain and Logistics Capabilities in the Nordics
Accenture has agreed to acquire Einr AS, a Norwegian business consulting company specialized in high volume logistics solutions using SAP technologies to optimize the flow of products from manufacturers to consumers. The acquisition will further enhance Accenture’s SAP capabilities, helping it accelerate supply chain reinvention for organizations within the retail and consumer electronics industries. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2015, Einr is headquartered in Oslo, Norway. Once the acquisition is completed, its 42 employees will join the Accenture SAP Business Group in the Nordics. With specific competencies in retail and supply chain management, transportation management, warehouse management and assortment planning, Einr’s employees will bolster Accenture’s SAP offerings in the market.
