AireSpring Offers Nationwide POTS Replacement Solution Powered by AT&T
AireSpring, a leading global managed services provider and next-generation aggregator specializing in Managed IT, Network Services and Unified Communications, is pleased to announce it is now offering a nationwide POTS replacement solution powered by AT&T for business and enterprise customers who need to support analog services that are facing rising costs and additional maintenance time.
The POTS Replacement Solution powered by AT&T enables companies to move their networks to VoIP while still supporting business-critical specialty lines that rely on analog landlines such as fire and security alarms, elevator voice circuits, fax, security gates and more. The POTS Replacement Solution powered by AT&T is a cloud-based, enterprise-grade voice over internet protocol (VoIP) alternative that connects to analog telephone and specialty data lines, converts traffic to IP, and sends it via an internet connection to the VoIP network.
AireSpring’s solution is powered by the AT&T network and uses a Data Remote appliance, which includes battery backup to provide reliable routing of specialty lines over IP, using existing broadband connectivity. The solution comprises:
- AT&T 4G LTE and/or 5G wireless backup
- AT&T professional installation
- AT&T Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA): DR 9010 – 2 lines, or DR 9090 – 8 lines
“AireSpring is offering this robust solution powered by AT&T as a POTS replacement,” stated Avi Lonstein, CEO of AireSpring. “The combination of this complete solution with AireSpring’s high touch customer service and support provides a reliable, cost-effective migration path for analog phone lines and will help businesses achieve a seamless transition.”
“Digital transformation is top of mind for most organizations,” stated Rick Chapes, AVP of Sales and Business Development for AT&T Partner Exchange. “Many businesses are seeking a simplified cloud-based solution for their analog voice services, and we’re delighted that AireSpring has chosen AT&T’s network to power their POTS replacement solution.”
