Chartio Joins Hands with Atlassian To Unleash the Potential in Every Team
Data runs businesses. That’s what our digital world has become to be. Every day businesses collect tons of data to better understand the customers and make data-driven decisions. This data further helps businesses to solve their problems understand performance, improve processes, and shortcomings. And that’s what Chartio, a San Francisco-based, cloud-based visualization, and analytics solution has been doing for the past decade. Dave Fowler, CEO, and Founder of Chartio cites this as a mission that has been going on for 10 years which wants teams to join on data. The company wants to see a world where everyone in the team, beyond data analysts, can take on interactive and collaborative tasks of data analytics that runs a business. And as such the firm has joined hands with Atlassian, a software company that helps teams organize, plan, communicate, and work collaboratively.

Dave reveals that Atlassian reached out to them last year for the same collaboration to combine the efforts and join hands to extend the wings of the mission ‘Unleash the potential in every team.’ And perceiving the platform’s massive reach, Chartio decided to go for it. “While we’ve been proudly independent for years, the opportunity to team up our technology with Atlassian’s platform and massive reach were incredibly compelling. Their product-led go-to-market, customer focus, and educational marketing have always been aspirational for us”, says Dave.
Dave also highlights similarities in both company’s vision, values, and care citing, “Over the past few months I’ve discovered even more similarities in their culture, values, care for the customer and most important mission.”

While Zoe Ghani, Head of Product at Atlassian celebrated Chartio’s culture, customer focus, and feature-rich platform and how it will play a crucial role to unleash the potential of data for every team. She highlighted future plans stating, “As we work to integrate Chartio into the Atlassian platform, our north star is to centralize and connect data across our products and third-party tools to surface unique insights to teams and drive them to act. “
