Papageorgiou joins HMG Canada from CIBC, where he served as Head of Audiences. He brings a wealth of knowledge in digital solutions, including data transformation and audience strategy. Not new to the agency side, Peter started his career in PHD’s digital department. He has worked on several verticals and will continue to deepen his ability to execute audience strategy in this new role.

“Havas Media Group focuses on getting brands in front of high-value audiences, driving market-leading performance. This differentiator played a key role in my decision to join the agency,” said Papgeorgiou. “I’m excited to lead the amazing team of digital experts, help win new business, and continue to build a future-proof vision that allows us to continue making a meaningful difference to our clients’ digital ecosystem.”

Lem has over 15 years experience in media working across some of Canada’s top agencies. Her foundation started in direct response and digital, eventually carrying the measurable media mindset into brands looking to ground their approach in data and numbers.  Her experience extends across verticals including finance, non-profit, CPG, retail and B2B. She comes to Havas from m/SIX, the newest addition to the groupM banner. During her time, the agency had significant growth, with Liz operating as an integral part of new business. In her most recent role as Managing Director, Lem led the day-to-day operations of the agency, including client relationships.

“I look forward to partnering with Noah and the team to accelerate our MX practice and establishing great partnerships with our clients,” said Lem. “I always look to apply a consumer-first lens to business strategies, an approach that aligns perfectly with the agency’s ethos. The more readily we can understand our clients’ target audiences and translate our insights to areas of innovation, the better the results.”
