LexisNexis Legal & Professional, a leading provider of information and analytics, announced Akin Gump, an AmLaw 50 firm with 20 offices around the world, has expanded its partnership with LexisNexis® InterAction®, a leading client relationship management (CRM) solution purpose-built for legal and professional services. The firm will transition to the hybrid cloud interface, leveraging all of the new technology and features offered to their users. InterAction will be accessible to all lawyers and advisors. Akin Gump, which has used InterAction in its marketing department since 2007, selected the solution as its firmwide business development platform after a competitive market review and an in-depth analysis of multiple software providers.
