Mosyle $16 Million Series A Fuels Growth as it Launches Mosyle Business
Mosyle’s Enterprise MDM Solution, Mosyle Business, Provides Cloud-Based Apple Device Management
Mosyle, an Apple device management software company, announced it has closed a $16 million Series A funding from Elephant and Peak Ventures. The funding will fuel the company’s rapid expansion into the enterprise market as the company introduces Mosyle Business, its Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution for Apple devices.
“Apple devices have been gaining market share in enterprise environments as companies increasingly deploy iOS and macOS as their official workplace platforms as well as provide support for employees who prefer to use their own Apple devices,” said Jeremiah Daly, founder and general partner at Elephant. “We’re excited to invest in Mosyle as it continues to emerge as the leading Apple MDM vendor in education and leverages its product expertise to solve the needs of the enterprise market.”

With Mosyle Business, the company will build on the success of Mosyle Manager, the company’s K–12 solution, providing businesses of any size and market an MDM solution with the following features:
- Scalable, Over-the-Air (OTA) management for all iOS, macOS and tvOS devices
- Remote setup and zero-touch configuration
- Cloud-based inventory data
- Comprehensive monitoring, system reports and alert notifications
- Streamlined license management
- Management profiles and time-based policies
- Cost-effective subscription model

Since its launch in April 2016, Mosyle Manager has experienced exponential customer-base growth. To date, Mosyle Manager has been deployed in 8,500 schools, serving over 1.5 million teachers and students in every state in the U.S. and in over 70 countries.
