Oak Hill Capital Enhances its Data Analytics and Operational Capabilities with Senior Additions
Oak Hill Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm, announced that it has named Ennio Montinaro as Chief Administrative Officer and Todd Cullen as a Senior Advisor and Operating Consultant. The newly created roles will be based in New York and will further advance Oak Hill’s operational priorities and data-driven decision-making.

As Chief Administrative Officer, Mr. Montinaro brings 25 years of experience in sell side roles at large investment banks to Oak Hill, most recently as a managing director at Nomura and Citi responsible for the distribution of emerging market products to large institutional investors. Prior to that, he held similar roles at Morgan Stanley and Barclays. Mr. Montinaro started his career as a trader in 1993 at Merrill Lynch. He earned an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia Darden School and a B.A. from UNH.

As a Senior Advisor and Operating Consultant, Mr. Cullen will leverage his deep experience serving many of the world’s leading brands to develop Oak Hill’s data, analytics, and digital technology support offerings to portfolio companies. Prior to his new role at Oak Hill, Todd was Managing Director and led the Enterprise and Customer Analytics practice at KPMG. Previously, he was Chief Data Officer at Ogilvy, and Vice President of Global Data Services at Acxiom Corporation. Mr. Cullen earned a B.A. from Hendrix College and M.B.A. and M.P.A degrees from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
