Data Ductus announced that it is partnering with Transitional Data Services (TDS), a global leader in data center, cloud and hybrid migrations to strengthen the Data Ductus IT Service Management offering. Data Ductus will join TDS’s TM:Accelerate Partner Program™ and leverage its TransitionManager™ software, which is designed to empower, enable and accelerate IT organizations’ abilities to prepare for, orchestrate and manage through both planned and unplanned change.

Data Ductus has successfully completed their first migration project using Transition Manager as the end-to-end orchestration tool. The project was complex with a large degree of transformation, along with constant changes in the scope. “With TransitionManager, we had a tool that helped us manage the project efficiently from day one until completion and generate zero rollbacks and a great reduction in overall costs,” said Magnus Sjöholm, CIO at Church of Sweden. “By leveraging the recipe function in TransitionManager we could re-create a very complex runbook with over 1,000 tasks for an event in a matter of seconds.”
