This new program is designed to help increase growth and engagement across the partner ecosystem by offering the tools and training needed to provide best-in-class cybersecurity solutions to their clients. The Shield Partner Program provides value-added resellers, system integrators, and managed security services providers (MSSPs) with pricing incentives, marketing resources, sales support, and post-sales support to increase their revenue and margins.

In Q3 of 2022, Binary Defense welcomed a new executive team and Vice President of Channel Sales. This new team came to Binary Defense with over 50 years of combined experience in the industry. Following this change, in Q4 the company received its first institutional growth equity funding led by Invictus Growth Partners (“Invictus”). This investment is being used to broaden the partner ecosystem, expand machine learning capabilities, create a world-class Managed Detection and Response delivered through an Open XDR strategy, and accelerate sales and marketing.

The Shield Partner Program focuses on the enablement available for partners, including training and supporting documents to assist partners through the entire lifecycle of client sales. This partner support is available in addition to premium 24/7 post-sales support and resources, enabling trusted advisor relationships for Binary Defense customers.
Also included in the Shield Partner Program are upgrades to the Binary Defense Partner Portal. Within the portal, partners can easily register deals, find enhanced training modules, and access resources to enable growth and build trusted relationships with clients.
