Hitachi Consulting and Oracle Team Up to Present “IoT, AI, and Blockchain Power Business Growth, Efficiency, and Productivity” at Oracle OpenWorld 2018

Teaming up to deliver successful projects delivering real business outcomes that are sustainable over the long term

Hitachi Consulting Corporation, a subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd. (TSE: 6501) and an Oracle Platinum Cloud Elite Partner level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), announced it will be participating in Oracle OpenWorld, the annual Oracle conference for business decision-makers, IT management and end users.

Oracle OpenWorld will take place October 22-25 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. Hitachi Consulting will join Oracle to present a product keynote on October 23, “IoT, AI, and Blockchain Power Business Growth, Efficiency, and Productivity,” to highlight how Oracle and Hitachi solutions help businesses utilize technology, improve core processes and realize higher levels of return on their investments.

The product keynote features Beverly Rider, senior vice president and chief commercial officer, Hitachi; John Hallin, vice president, Hitachi Consulting; Viktor Sahakian, vice president, Oracle Technology, Hitachi Consulting; Rick Jewell, senior vice president, Applications Development, Oracle; Bhagat Nainani, group vice president, Oracle; Jasper Potts, UI architect, Blockchain and Internet of Things, Oracle.

In addition, an executive solution session, “Hitachi Social Innovation: Outcomes Through Co-Creation with Customers and Oracle,” features Phil Townsend, senior vice president, Hitachi Consulting, and Ellen Dowd, senior vice president, Hitachi Global Solution Innovation Business.
