CallRail Launches Google Analytics 4 Integration To Support Seamless Call Attribution For Businesses of All Sizes

CallRail, the lead intelligence platform for businesses of all sizes, announced that it has launched its Google Analytics 4 (GA4) integration, immediately available to all customers. Last year Google declared that as of July 1, 2023 it will move from tracking sessions to events, and all users who have not updated their websites will stop receiving traffic data at that time. Because historical data from Universal Analytics will no longer be available after this date, it is critical for businesses to update their Google Analytics integration several months in advance of the change.

CallRail’s Google Analytics 4 Integration gives businesses a more complete way to report and analyze call data in Google Analytics, allowing more insight into visitor interactions than ever before. Marketers are now able to view call tracking data alongside other granular visitor events, all in Google Analytics 4 standard and custom reports. The integration also sends a variety of custom parameters for each event, enabling users to build custom reports based on tags, call duration, and whether the caller was a qualified lead.
