The leading-edge research project will explore the possibilities opened up by 6G as a key lever for Intelligent Industry with a significantly lower energy footprint.
By collaborating with the prestigious King’s College London, Capgemini is furthering its innovative sponsorship with the top-tier university ecosystem on upstream cutting-edge topics in Research & Development (R&D), to create the new services of tomorrow and answer the crucial question: “What key challenges does Intelligent Industry pose for our society?”

Professor Toktam Mahmoodi said, “The true real-time interaction between remote locations is an ultimate enabler for digital industry and society, and is what 5G is aimed for, and 6G will achieve through embedding intelligence at different levels of the communication network.
