This Pega Partners distinction allows clients to easily identify and collaborate with the right partners for 1:1 customer engagement. With high requirements for new partners, and the backing of the Pega Partner portal and an enhanced Pega Marketplace, Pega can confidently present quick and effective solutions to its clients.

Merkle’s achievement has been a result of its longstanding relationship with Pega, being a leading partner since 2005. In order to achieve a Specialized Partner status, Merkle has a team of 55 certified decisioning specialists in the UK carrying out a stringent certification and testing process. Merkle achieved over 35 badges across technical skills, sales, presales, and delivery, all while ensuring a minimum of 50% of the certified practice were enabled in the latest version of Pega.

Not only this, Merkle also presented two 1:1 Customer Engagement references that demonstrated successful projects, met a performance commitment, and passed technology and/or sales assessments.
