Rubin, Founder of CMRubinWorld, Mohamed Abdel-Kader, executive director of the Stevens Initiative at the Aspen Institute, tells C.M. Rubin that students navigating the complexities of the 21st century need to be globally competent, “meaning that they have the mindset, the disposition, and the tools to navigate a rapidly changing and interconnected environment, often filled with ambiguity and diversity.”
