Eltropy integrates with Episys via SymXchange, a services-based programming interface that enables third-party vendors and credit unions to access the platform’s core data and business rules. The integrity of data is maintained throughout any data exchange, because access to business rules and data is managed through a service layer which governs these interactions.
Eltropy has harnessed the popularity of text messaging while providing a secure and TCPA-compliant way for credit unions to engage members and prospects. Using Eltropy’s technology within Episys, credit unions can send product offers and emergency info, support the lending process, cross-sell/upsell products, and collect debt. Eltropy’s key differentiator is its analytics, which tracks member behavior to inform decision making.
“Integrating with the most popular core platform used by credit unions, Eltropy envisions new opportunities to help credit unions enhance their member experience, especially for Marketing, Selling, Servicing, Lending and Collections” said Ashish Garg, Eltropy’s CEO.
