WalkMe Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering
WalkMe Ltd., a leading provider of digital adoption solutions, announced the launch of its initial public offering of 9,250,000 of its ordinary shares. The underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,387,500 ordinary shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The initial public offering price is expected to be between $29 and $32 per share. WalkMe has applied to list its ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “WKME.”
