Viet has a proven track record of success in the technology industry, with almost 20 years of experience in sales, channel management, and business development. He previously served as Director of Partner Success Program at Amazon Web Services in Australia, where he helped to build and manage a successful partner ecosystem.

Viet joined Aircall in 2021 and quickly took charge of the APAC territory to establish and develop Aircall’s position in this high traction market. In one year, he built and trained a team of 50 people, established Aircall within the technology partner ecosystem and positioned Aircall as the leading solution in this market, increasing its annual recurring revenue (ARR) in APAC by four times and growing the size and impact of its partner ecosystem by ten times.

At Aircall, Viet will be focused on expanding the company’s sales reach and accelerating its international growth. Viet will lead the global sales team and focus on the growth acceleration in the US market developing and executing Aircall’s global sales strategy.
