JER HR Group and Willis HR Jointly Announce Acquisition of Willis HR
JER HR Group and Willis HR jointly announce JER HR Group’s acquisition of Willis HR in a private transaction. Willis HR is a leading HR consulting firm servicing clients in SMB and nonprofit markets.
“JER HR Group brings more than 30 years of experience in HR services, working with clients nationwide. Acquiring Willis HR, which has been in business since 2014, enhances JER HR Group’s capacity to deliver expanded services and HCM technology to current Willis HR clients,” said Mahesh Kumar, Managing Director of JER HR Group.
Willis HR provides custom HR solutions for small organizations who often don’t have internal HR departments or extensive HR staff. Willis HR services include monthly HR support, organizational development, and custom training programs. JER HR Group will merge the HR consulting business of Willis HR within its HR Services division. This integration will expand JER HR Group’s clients and geographic footprint nationwide.

“The client portal developed by Willis HR is part of this transaction. Our objective is to expand the current portal offering, and to become a single source of HR related information and services for our clients. We already have robust SaaS HCM solutions under TraineryHCM. Integrating the HR portal with our other offerings expands our product capabilities and addresses our client needs,” Kumar said.
