Judi Hart Named Chief Operating Officer at PEAK6
Growth-Oriented Executive Will Oversee Operational Execution Across Portfolio Companies and Brands
PEAK6, an investing and technology company empowering disruptors and forward-thinking entrepreneurs to build the world the way it ought to be, announced that Judi Hart is being elevated to a new role as Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. Based in the greater Los Angeles area, Ms. Hart will serve as a strategic partner to PEAK6’s core businesses and be responsible for safeguarding the culture and overseeing the optimization and execution of operations across all portfolio companies and brands.
Ms. Hart was previously Chief People Officer at the company, a position she held since June 2018.

In her new position, Ms. Hart will work to strategically position the broader organization for continued growth, serving as a collaborative partner to portfolio company leadership with a focus on ensuring that the talent-centered PEAK6 culture is thriving at the grassroots level. She will also work closely with new investment properties and their leadership teams to ensure a smooth transition into the PEAK6 operating environment and introduce the processes and tech-oriented approach that have helped PEAK6 deliver strong business results for more than two decades.
Having worked at founder-led organizations for most of her career, Ms. Hart has extensive experience in explosive growth environments. She has demonstrated expertise in steadily and strategically leading teams of high achievers during fast-paced transitions with a culture-first approach, which she did successfully for major global brands, including Beats Electronics and Apple.

Ms. Hart joined PEAK6 from Apple where she was Director of Human Resources for the media business of Internet and Software Services with responsibility for 3,500 employees globally. Previously, she served as Vice President of People and Culture at Beats Music and Beats Electronics, which grew from 25 to 750 employees during her tenure and was eventually acquired by Apple. Prior to joining Beats, Ms. Hart held an HR leadership role at Blizzard Entertainment.
