Leading Market Intelligence Platform Aiera Announces the Launch of Personal File Manager, Enabling Search and Collaboration for Proprietary Documents and Audio
Aiera, the leading Wall Street event access and intelligence platform, announces the launch of Personal File Manager, a new tool built to help users unlock deeper insights from their ever-expanding universe of private files. In addition to Aiera’s already industry-leading coverage of event transcripts and filings, users can now take advantage of the platform’s robust search and annotation capabilities for their own personal documents like research reports and audio files – centralized, secure, and searchable.
“Aiera already leads the space in coverage of Wall Street event transcripts and filings, but there are so many other file types important to our users’ workflows, from entitled research to internal meeting MP3s and beyond,” said Elliot Nash, SVP of Product Development at Aiera. “Allowing users to take advantage of Aiera’s natural language processing (NLP) technology for their own documents and files was a natural next-step for the platform.”

Aiera’s Personal File Manager delivers notable benefits for financial professionals, including:
- Search: Surface keywords and topics across the variety of files uploaded into Aiera, and cross-reference them with mentions across event transcripts and filings.
- Note-Taking: Add notes, highlights, and bookmarks directly inside your documents, which can be easily organized and filtered in Aiera’s “Workspace” tab.
- Organization: Uploaded files that mention specific equities will be automatically tagged to those companies, and tags can be added manually for thematic organization.
- Centralization: With the addition of one’s own personal files, Aiera eliminates the need to jump back and forth between disparate systems for research documents, audio files, event transcripts, and filings.
- Transcription of Audio Files: Aiera’s speech-to-text transcription is applied to all audio files uploaded to the platform, with the same level of search and note-taking functionality listed above. This helps users make better use of morning meetings, dictate real-time research notes, organize relevant podcasts, and more.
“Ingesting, hosting, and organizing one’s own data in Aiera gives new life to previously static and disparate PDFs, PowerPoint slides, and MP3 audio files,” said Ken Sena, Co-Founder and CEO of Aiera. “Aiera continues to evolve as a comprehensive research platform, and we are proud of the added efficiency this will bring to the analyst workflow via search, annotation, and collaboration.”
