Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) announced that Jill Salmon has been promoted to Head of Professional Lines for the U.S. In her new role, she will oversee the company’s Lawyers, Architects & Engineers, Miscellaneous E&O and Cyber Liability insurance portfolios.

Jill has 25 years of industry experience, primary focused on professional lines and joined BHSI in 2014 as Vice President, Head of Cyber, Technology and Miscellaneous E&O. Jill holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Finance from St. John’s University and a law degree from Brooklyn Law School.
