SciMax will continue to develop Artificial Intelligence (AI) based solutions, congress technology and conduct MI-Tech Forum events.

Joe Pierce shall be the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SciMax Global. He will lead the strategy formation and execution for the new company. All the team members of EndPoint have joined the SciMax team in various strategic roles. Saad Rahman, previously the Director of Product Management of MedInquirer, shall now assume the role of Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead the technology platform strategy, development, and delivery. Other team members of Techsol will be involved in administrative, business, development, quality assurance, service and support roles. Sagi will continue as Founder and CEO of Techsol Corporation. As a founding board member of SciMax, he will continue to support the executive team in shaping the overall platform strategy and process execution.
