Previously, John was Chief Information Officer for Glens Falls Hospital, a leading rural hospital in upstate New York; he also served as President and COO of Tribune Media Services (TMS), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Tribune Company. He holds a BA in Computer Science/Mathematics from Ithaca CollegeIthaca, New York, and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic InstituteTroy, New York.
