“Tipser’s platform uniquely enables native content and commerce to converge. The technology heroes the integrity, voice, and curation expertise of trusted editors and influencers by enabling their audiences to buy at the moment of engagement,” says Lauren Buerger, Managing Director, NA at Tipser. “This new model enhances the user experience within the content, generates new revenue streams for publishers and media companies beyond an affiliate model, and delivers new, highly engaged customers to retailers,” she continues.
Tipser enables publishers to monetize traffic on-site without the need to direct users away, helping them to better funnel their traffic and generate new streams of revenue. In addition, publishers and brands build trust by providing direct access to products that are contextually relevant and don’t intrude on user’s privacy.
“When Tipser introduced its next generation of embedded commerce technology that allows consumers to buy products directly inside content, BDG jumped at the opportunity to be a US launch partner. Ultimately, Tipser empowers our editors to curate products loved by readers, while at the same time offering our retail partners a new path to revenue and uncovering new customers. Lauren and the seasoned NY team bring strong partnership skills to the marketplace. We are excited to utilize Tipser across all BDG platforms in order to build this new revenue strategy,” explains Jason Wagenheim, President and CRO at Bustle Digital Group.
