Sitecore Completes Acquisition of Four51
The new team will extend Sitecore’s B2B and B2C commerce capabilities
Sitecore® the global leader in digital experience management software, today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Four51, Inc., a company delivering modern B2B and B2C experiences for enterprise brands. The acquisition complements Sitecore’s existing B2C commerce capabilities and will enable the company to define the digital experience market moving forward.

With the transaction closed, Four51 CEO Mark Johnson will join Sitecore as President of Sitecore’s commerce business, overseeing the Four51 product integration into Sitecore’s technology as well as engaging with partners and customers on its commerce offering.

Sitecore intends to invest and grow in Minneapolis as a new development base.
