World’s Biggest CRM Maker Launches Streaming Service for Live Experiences
Salesforce, the owner of Pardot, Slack, Tableau and Mulesoft platform, has added another gem to its list of offerings — Salesforce+. The world’s biggest and most reliable CRM software maker announced the launch of Salesforce+ to mark the arrival of new era in digital content experiences, targeting B2B users, developers and partners in the global salesforce economy.
The announcement from world’s best CRM maker comes just weeks ahead of its global annual event, Dreamforce.
What is Salesforce+?
As Salesforce puts it — Salesforce+ is for everyone. Irrespective of what role, industry or line of business you currently work in, Salesforce+ content can influence the way you consume content on cutting-edge topics, including Martech, Salestech, Computing, AI ML, Content experiences, and so much more.
The all-new live streaming service provides on-demand content in the form of live experiences, podcasts, and original series. For a world that has rapidly grown into a micro-village, with each professional sitting in their own satellite (remote workplace) den, we can expect Salesforce+ becoming the ubiquitous content sharing platform for industries.
Adding Slack, Evergage, Vlocity and The CMO Club in 2020 definitely put Salesforce on the fast-track in 2021.
At the time of this announcement, Sarah Franklin, President and Chief Marketing Officer, Salesforce, said, “Over the last 18 months, we’ve had to reimagine how to succeed in the new digital-first world. We reimagined our events, shifting them to all-digital brand experiences and introduced new, relevant, original content. We’re not going back, we’re creating the future now. Just as brands like Disney, Netflix and Peloton have done with streaming services for consumers, Salesforce+ is providing an always-on, business media platform that builds trusted relationships with customers and a sense of belonging for the business community.”
Currently, Salesforce+ subscribers could access powerful content such as:
- Leading Through Change, the winner of 2021 Content Marketing Award for Best Content Marketing Program
- “Connections”, hosted by Salesforce President and CMO Sarah Franklin
- “The Inflection Point” , hosted by Salesforce EVP Monica Langley
- “Boss Talks”, hosted by Salesforce’s Chief Philanthropy Officer Ebony Beckwith
- “Simply Put” short-form video series hosted by Emmanuel Acho ,and so much more.
In the coming months, Salesforce+ will debut more original content featuring leaders in fields like sales and service, as well as a new series on how Trailblazers from underrepresented communities are re-skilling to find new career opportunities and create generational wealth.
