Adams Outdoor Advertising Hires Jorg Cieslok as President and Chief Operating Officer

A Leader in the Out of Home Advertising Industry, Cieslok Brings Significant Industry Experience to Adams’ Executive Leadership Team

Adams Outdoor Advertising (“Adams” or “the Company”), one of the largest out of home media operators in the United States, announced the hiring of Jorg Cieslok to the newly created role of President and Chief Operating Officer. With more than three decades of significant experience in out of home (OOH) advertising industry, including developing innovative digital solutions, Cieslok’s experience will be extremely additive to Adams as it looks to continue to expand upon its success to date.

A pioneer in the outdoor advertising industry in Canada, Cieslok was previously the CEO of Cieslok Media, a leading Canadian outdoor advertising firm that he founded in 2013 and sold in 2017 to Bell Media Inc., a subsidiary of BCE Inc. The firm had a large footprint in digital and static billboards throughout major cities in the country. Cieslok started his career in the OOH industry in 1990 with the founding of Cieslok Outdoor Inc., an operator of large format billboards in the greater Toronto area and key player in revolutionizing the OOH industry with premium large format billboards, domination and OOH mobile integration. He served as President and CEO of the firm until its sale in 2004 to Titan Advertising Inc. (“Titan”), the largest transit advertising business in North America. He served as Executive Vice President and General Manager at Titan before founding Cieslok Media. During this time, he played a key role in developing Titan’s Canadian and Chicago markets, as well as its extensive digital advertising network.
