Channel Factory strengthens position in the market with new roles dedicated to growing the business and enhancing customer needs
Channel Factory, the global brand suitability and ad performance platform for YouTube has appointed three key female leaders to oversee product operations, EMEA marketing efforts and business growth. Channel Factory continues to expand its global footprint with a growth mindset focused on diversity within the organization. The new roles include Emily Deere, VP of Product Operations; Chelsea Jacobsen as VP of Sales (Midwest); and Jessica Littlemore, Marketing Director Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Emily Deere will lead Channel Factory’s product development pipeline as its first vice president of product operations. At Channel Factory, Deere will execute the development of product lines from start to finish, enhance current products and help Channel Factory on its mission to empower brands with more conscious and inclusive advertising solutions. Deere will report directly to CEO and founder, Tony Chen, and will be first and foremost recruiting new talent to build out Channel Factory’s own diverse product team.

Chelsea Jacobsen has joined Channel Factory from Ogury to run the Midwest region as the VP of Central Sales. Jacobsen brings over ten years of media and technology sales experience helping to grow small ad tech startups as well as top-tier advertising publishers. In her new role she will focus on driving business growth while creating strong, lasting relationships with some of the top digital agencies and brands in the world. Jacobson will report directly to Chief Revenue Officer Jeremy Haft, and oversee strategic plans to help partners quickly adapt to ever-changing industry needs.

Jessica Littlemore brings 18 plus years of experience to the team and will serve as the Marketing Director of Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Littlemore’s diverse background includes overseeing high-profile events and digital strategy for global brands. Littlemore will assist with Channel Factory’s global marketing efforts helping to expand business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She will be based in Channel Factory’s London office, reporting into Rob Blake, the Managing Director of the UK and Lauren Douglass, SVP Global Marketing.
