H Code’s New Executive Team Members Matt Weisbecker and Stephanie Bertmer Bring Experience From Leading Companies Like Epsilon, GumGum, Snap Inc. and Amazon to Boost Momentum for the Company
H Code, the only advertising entity reaching the U.S. Hispanic market at scale digitally, announces the hiring of Matt Weisbecker as Chief Revenue Office and Stephanie Bertmer as Vice President of People. In his role as CRO, Weisbecker will be in charge of optimizing H Code’s sales and marketing processes, identifying and creating new revenue opportunities, and diversifying sales channels. As Vice President of People, Bertmer will be responsible for driving organizational development and fostering a positive company culture during a time when it is needed the most.

Weisbecker brings deep knowledge in building and optimizing solutions for media and advertising initiatives which will be integral to driving and growing new and existing areas of H Code. In his previous role, he was responsible for managing national partnerships across the Media, Sports, and Entertainment verticals at Epsilon, a leader in interaction management at Publicis Groupe’s core. Weisbecker also led efforts to expand sales efforts for Video, OTT and Connected Television. He brings extensive experience in driving revenue and managing sales teams while at NBCUniversal, Amazon, and AOL.

Bertmer’s experience lies in talent, leadership, and organizational development for companies of all sizes. In her last role as Talent Development Director at global creative agency 72andSunny, she led the strategy, direction, and execution across organizational development and learning initiatives for North America. Bertmer also brings experience from working with leading brands in the U.S., including Snap Inc., Hulu, and Virgin America.
