“With a growing client base and workforce, Percy has reached a point where it’s able to bring on a seasoned executive like Michael, who has experience scaling companies and can oversee our expansion from 150 enterprise accounts to 1,500 and beyond”

The new hires come on the heels of a major rebrand launched in May, which coincided with a $10 million equity funding and a partnership with industry titan Black Knight.

“Each of these additions brings specialized leadership to help Percy continue its massive growth trajectory,” said Percy Founder and CEO Charles Williams. “They all have demonstrated track records in their areas of expertise, and I’m thrilled to welcome them to our team and work with them to blaze Percy’s path forward.”

Michael Graham joins as Percy’s first Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer to manage the firm’s day-to-day operations as the company continues its rapid scale. Graham is a well-known executive in the proptech and fintech space, as he successfully helped guide real estate tech company Dotloop as it emerged from a young startup to a promising venture that was eventually acquired by Zillow.

“We’ve been fortunate in that most of our growth to date has come from us delivering results directly leading to word-of-mouth referrals,” said Williams. “Our goal is to take our solid momentum to another level. That’s exactly what Matt has built a successful career doing, and we’re thrilled to have him guide our rocketship.”
