Rocket Software Acquires Key Resources, Expanding Mainframe Security Capabilities
Acquisition bolsters company’s commitment to help its customers securely modernize their mainframes
Rocket Software, a global technology leader that develops enterprise software for some of the world’s largest companies, announced its acquisition of Key Resources, Inc. (KRI), a leader in mainframe security and vulnerability identification and assessment for over 30 years. The acquisition strengthens Rocket Software’s mainframe security capabilities and will enable its customers to address their mainframe infrastructure needs in the most comprehensive and holistic way. With the addition of KRI, Rocket Software customers will have the ability to standardize on their preferred mainframe security solutions.

According to a study from Forrester Consulting, more than 80% of businesses know mainframe security is important.
