In prior roles, Linda managed top National Partner relationships at Symantec and McAfee, as well as Global System Integrators at CheckPoint Systems. Linda has a proven record of success in driving business-critical initiatives with partners, sales, and executive leadership in highly competitive markets.
Erick Foy, Senior Director of Channels Sales East, is a seasoned channel sales leader who brings over twenty years of experience in sales, channel, distribution and leadership. His experience includes over fifteen years at Symantec where he served as Director of North America Channel Sales. Erick has demonstrated a consistent track record of success at such companies as Symantec, Avnet, Xircom and Polaroid. Erick was instrumental in leading change across teams and business models across a diverse set of organizations.
Traci Sever, Senior Director of Channel Sales West, brings a rounded experience of field and channel leadership and sales to iboss. Prior to iboss, Traci built one of Symantec’s largest national partnerships, growing revenue 3x year over year. In previous roles, Traci developed an organizational strategy around new business development in Fortune 100 accounts as well as managing commercial accounts at McAfee. With the pursuit of driving tangible value for all, Traci believes in facilitating highly strategic engagements that have a meaningful impact for her customers, partners and vendor organizations.

Matthew Hamling, Senior Director of Channel Sales Engineering Americas, joins iboss with over fifteen years of sales engineering leadership experience. Most recently, Matt led the North America sales engineering team for Alliances and Channel partners at Symantec. Prior to this role, Matt managed the service provider, global system integrator and channel sales engineering teams at Blue Coat Systems where he also led the Blue Knight program for Americas. In addition, Matt has led sales engineering and product development teams at Crossbeam Systems.
Henry Niekerk, Director of Channel Sales Engineers, joins iboss with over twenty years of industry experience. Henry comes with an extensive background in cybersecurity including senior roles at Fidelis Cybersecurity, GE and Symantec where he served strategic global accounts. Henry has spent the majority of his career as a Channel and Field Sales Engineer. He has helped position and architect security initiatives with Fortune 500 companies in excess of $2 billion revenue. This experience will help drive the channel business with his sales engineering team.
