An IBM report titled “Retail Industry Reshapes with Hybrid Cloud and AI to Help Meet Shifting Consumer Shopping and Sustainability Preferences” provided in-depth data on the rise of hybrid shopping—as consumers are increasingly mixing physical and digital channels.
