Ordergroove, the leader in Relationship Commerce, announced the appointment of Todd Donahue as chief financial officer and Lindsay Wright as vice president of client services. The expansion of Ordegroove’s executive team coincides with the company’s rapid growth. In 2021, Ordergroove experienced a 70% annual increase in subscriptions and a 73% increase in new customers added, including innovative companies such as Huda Beauty, OLLY and Stumptown Coffee. These new customers join the ranks of established brands like Honest Company, KIND Snacks, Walmart and L’Oreal that are driving recurring revenue with Ordergroove.
As CFO, Donahue will leverage his 25 years of finance and operating experience at SaaS and technology companies to execute Ordergroove’s vision, strategic plans and deliver value to its customer base and stakeholders. As a former strategy and operations leader for Mastercard’s merchant loyalty business, Donahue will use his expertise to help fulfill Ordergroove’s mission to place relationships at the center of commerce and continue to scale the Relationship Commerce category.
As VP of client services, Wright’s 15 years of experience establishing phenomenal customer experiences and building high-performing teams at SaaS and marketing technology organizations will be key as Ordergroove continues to deliver best-in-class recurring revenue experiences that delight customers. Under Wright’s leadership, Ordergroove will continue to focus on empowering merchants to deliver exceptional subscription-first experiences using enhanced data-driven insights, integration capabilities and automation.
“The growth Ordergroove has experienced in 2021 is directly correlated with the success our customers are seeing by leveraging Relationship Commerce to help their businesses grow faster,” said Greg Alvo, CEO, Ordergroove. “Whether an entrepreneurial-run business like Laura Kay Innovations or a Fortune 500 brand like L’Oreal, Ordergroove is laser-focused on putting relationships at the center of commerce to help all merchants thrive. With Lindsay and Todd joining Ordergroove, coupled with our significant investments in product innovation, Ordergroove is dedicated to helping our customers deliver a best-in-class Relationship Commerce experience.”
