Solutionreach Partners with Jive by LogMein, to Enhance Options for Practices

Solutionreach, the leader in patient relationship management (PRM) solutions, announced it has partnered with VoIP business phone system provider Jive by LogMeIn. This new relationship will provide options for Solutionreach customers so they can utilize faster, easier communication, and take advantage of new products and services now and into the future.

Jive can be used with SR Spotlight, an upcoming product that seamlessly integrates with a practice’s VoIP phone system and practice management system to identify inbound callers. SR Spotlight will appear in a pop-up window triggered by the inbound call and show the practice if it is a known patient or unknown caller. For current patients, the pop up will also show important information that allows the practice to address any questions or outstanding issues in a single call.
