“We are excited to partner with Guidewire to put the power of automation in their customers’ hands to drive operational efficiency and accelerate the business contribution of IT.”
SMA’s powerful workload automation solution, OpCon, helps insurers to streamline processes and eliminate manual tasks, saving users time and manual labor. Integrated with Guidewire Cloud, the OpCon accelerator provides a single point of control for monitoring and enhancing the execution of multiple batch processes and work queues within InsuranceSuite, unlocking even more value from modernization initiatives.
SMA’s OpCon Accelerator for Guidewire Cloud enables insurers to:
- Improve accuracy and cost savings;
- Reduce IT complexity and risk; and
- Optimize operational efficiency throughout the enterprise.
The OpCon accelerator can be applied to the core systems in InsuranceSuite Cloud – ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and PolicyCenter. It empowers users to synchronize ClaimCenter data to reduce claim cycle time, boost the efficiency and accuracy of BillingCenter teams, and orchestrate PolicyCenter-dependent processes. It also facilitates automated end-of-day/week/month processing, speedy reporting and simplified auditing, and automated commission and third-party payments.
“OpCon customers who harness the full power of automation can save $30,000 or more a month by automating manual tasks and orchestrating workflows across systems and applications,” said Todd Dauchy, CEO of SMA Technologies. “We are excited to partner with Guidewire to put the power of automation in their customers’ hands to drive operational efficiency and accelerate the business contribution of IT.”
