Vcinity, Inc., a leading provider of global data solutions that enable applications to access data over vast geographical distances with local performance, announces the appointment of Neville Yates as the Chief Revenue Officer and Robert Otto as the VP of Product Management. Reporting to the CEO and President, Harry Carr, Neville’s responsibilities will encompass sales and marketing team leadership, accelerating Vcinity’s revenue through direct sales and development of new channels, and contributing to the company’s business strategies. Reporting to the COO, Russel Davis, Robert will be responsible for evolving the product management function and driving the definition and delivery of products.

Prior to Vcinity, Neville held several executive positions in companies focused on bringing change through advanced technology to the enterprise market. These included co-founder of Sutmyn, and key management roles at Diligent Technologies, IBM, and Infinidat.

Prior to joining Vcinity, Robert was most recently the Director of Product Management for Stratus Technologies overseeing its strategy and development of converged IoT edge computing products. Rob has also held key management positions at Fortress Technologies, Evergreen USA, GN Netcom / Jabra, Dymec, Xanoptix; and served on the boards of two charitable organizations.
