Georgia Aquarium Chooses Satisfi Labs to Build New Conversational AI Platform
Conversational AI Platform Developer Continues to Expand Work in Zoos & Aquariums
Satisfi Labs announced today Georgia Aquarium has chosen them to develop an artificial intelligence-based Answer Engine to enhance services and engagement between the aquarium and visitors. The platform will launch by the end of 2018 on the Aquarium’s website, Facebook Messenger, and through an Alexa Flash Briefing.
The new AI platform will act as a 24-hour automated, virtual employee providing all visitors with information about the exhibits and venue in an engaging manner. Satisfi Labs worked with the staff at the Aquarium to carefully create a persona that matches the conversation platform with the voice of the Aquarium. Answers are automatically based on data feeds, employee knowledge and customer-generated content. An Alexa Flash Briefing will allow the Aquarium to supply exclusive and unique content via Alexa-powered devices to their members and visitors of the facility as well.
