Velocix Taps Telecoms Veteran David Sharpley as CEO
Company Targets Accelerated Growth and Customer Expansion
Velocix, the market’s leading provider of content delivery, origin and storage, and stream personalization software, announced it has appointed telecommunications veteran David Sharpley as its Chief Executive Officer. Sharpley is tasked with accelerating the company’s growth and continuing to expand its customer base around the globe. Sharpley joins Velocix most recently as CEO of Incognito Software Systems, Inc. with previous executive experience at Amdocs, Bridgewater Systems and Oracle. Velocix and Incognito are both portfolio companies operating within Volaris Group’s Communications and Media practice.
